| EUCAR | ||
The EUCAR Model Consortium Agreement was drafted on the basis of model consortium agreements EUCAR had published for earlier Framework Programmes.
The EUCAR Model Consortium Agreement suggests to establish a strong Core Group advised by a General Assembly,
to grant access rights,
to share liability risks according to the project share,
and for Integrated Projects to grant access rights among the sub-projects so far as needed only for the project and for the exploitation of the results of the respective sub-project,
to establish a Steering Committee for each sub-project.
