Description of the company / activities / project

Our research institute is focused on wireless communication systems based on our own high performance SiGe BiCMOS technology. The system department activities are divided in ultra high speed short range communication systems and ultra low power sensor systems. Our research interests are going to novel fault-tolerant and high dependable smart systems for car-to-car/infastructure, smart home, aeronautic as well as space applications. We are experienced in real-time and encryption/decryption systems.
