Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the European Union
The Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the European Union is found in Brussels' centrally located Quartier Européen in close proximity to the European institutions. Convenient traffic connections are granted with Brussels' train stations as well as the airport.
The Representation offers excellent facilities for conferences, with conference and meeting rooms as well as the original "Schwarzwaldstube" - a bar parlour in the traditional style of the black forest.
How to get there
By Bus: Take Line 12 (Airport-Shuttle), 21, 22, 27, 34, 54, 64, or 9 to station "Place du Luxembourg". From there it is a 400m walk.
By Metro: The nearest metro stations are "Trône" (lines 2 and 6) or "Maelbeek" (lines 1 und 5).
By Train: From Brussels South Railway Station ("Gare du Midi") which can be easily reached e.g. from Cologne, take metro lines 2 or 6 to metro station "Trône". From Brussels Central Station, take metro lines 1 or 5 to metro station "Maelbeek".
From the Airport: From Brussels-Zaventem you can reach the central station ("Gare Central") in 20 mins by frequent trains. From there, take metro line 1 (direction "Stokkel") or metro line 5 (direction "Herman-Debroux") to metro station "Maelbeek". From there it is a 500m walk. Alternatively, you can take the buses 12 (Airport-Shuttle) or 21 to "Place du Luxembourg" and walk for 400m.
